Short Term - Holiday Rentals - 20% of Rental


Short Term Rentals Package include:

  • Taking photographs and writing a description of your property.
  • Advertising your property on our website, in our Bodrum high street office or with other villa rental websites.
  • Full contact with guests, all bookings managed.
  • Rent collection.
  • Providing you with monthly accounting reports.
  • Key holding.
  • Main contact point for your guests.
  • Our number will be left with the guests in case of emergency and they will be able to contact us.
  • Rental advice.
  • All booking administration covered, directions and welcome letters sent to guests.
  • Organisation of any car hire, airport transfers, welcome packs, cleaning that you or your guests require.


Again, we want to ensure your investment in the Turkish sunshine is hassle free and for that reason we offer you a fully comprehensive rental administration package. We organize everything and send you the updates… you don't need to lift a finger.

For those of you wishing to rent out properties on a short term or holiday basis, we at Sunshine Property Management will make all the relevant photos and together with descriptions will publish it on our rentals website. We would encourage you to do some home work and should you have your own bookings, guests, colleagues or tenants arriving we will take care of them as well as when you personally visit the property yourselves.

Once we have received a deposit with confirmed reservation we will then inform you on the booked period and everything regarding the reservation is our own full responsibility. We will transfer the relevant net euros/pounds amount into your desired account 7 days after clients have checked out from your property.

RATE 20% commission of the rental price for short term/holiday rentals.

IMPORTANT: It is recommended that the above rentals package is used in conjunction with one of our annual property management packages.




Long Term Rentals - 15% of Rental


Long Term Rentals include:

  • Taking photographs and writing a description of your property.
  • Advertising your property on our website, in our Bodrum high street office or with other property rental websites.
  • Rent collection and negotiation
  • All administration covered, contracts/ lease agreements.
  • Utility Bill and Tax payments.
  • Key holding.
  • Arranging Insurance.
  • Main contact point for your tenant and any contractors.
  • Rental advice.

A long term rental can be anything from 3 to 100 months. Regardless of what period of time we'll let it out for we have the equivalent of minimum 1 months deposit as a guarantee. We do check up on the tenants and will take care of all the hassle, finding good and reliable tenants for your apartment, penthouse or villa on the Bodrum peninsula.

RATE 15% commission of the rental price for long term rentals (this is for the duration of the rental contract).
